See that there? I grabbed that from the Seattle Times Web site. See what it's saying? Flurries. ::sigh:: I know it won't be anywhere nearly as bad as what my East cost compatriots are dealing with, but this is Seattle, where an inch of snow paralyzes the city. That being the case, I must now move car, stock up on provisions, and plan not to leave the house for a couple of days.

Oh. Joy.

Also, at some point, must buy wool socks. Just to wear around the house. I need warmer feet.

Warm feet are a must. Wool socks are my winter favorites for around the house and in my boots.

DANG! I'm glad I went to the grocery store yesterday.

Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for the alert -- sure enough, there was snow at our house this morning, though, I admit, not a lot. Wool socks are a staple of my winter wardrobes -- especially now that I knit, but even before that. I like the hiking socks from Eddie Bauer, myself. That plus the fleece-lined slippers will generally set me up. Though I am giving serious thought to knitting a pair of wool leggings. It may well be that kind of winter.
