Back from the vet

Today was the follow-up visit to the vet for Spanky after ten days of vitamins and Epogen. They drew blood. He became Demon Cat from Hell. It was pretty much what I expected. We'll find out how he did when the test results come back tomorrow. But the initial news is good. He's gained a half pound (during the last year, he lost three). So now we wait. But I'm feeling pretty good about things for the nonce.
