I would like to note, just for the record, that I was out of bed at 3:30 this morning and out the door for an hour's walk at 4 AM.
jaylake and I walked to the top of Queen Anne hill in the rain, past blocks and blocks of shops, then turned around and came back. It was 5 AM upon our return. Exercise--yay me.
I had hoped to do more walking with J during our visit, but timing and our conflicting sleep schedules just didn't allow it until today. Also, I was awake at 3:30 because I had bad, bad dreams and preferred consciousness, good company, and exercise to sleep and nightmares. Still, it felt more like the visit I wanted to have (because I wanted more walking and got it--it's been a fine, fine visit overall) and it was a goodness.

If I were to get up at 3:30, I would have to nap all afternoon. I admire your resiliance. Yay, exercise, but AFAIC, also yay sleep. :)
