For the record: Macguffin of my heart

The story featuring the Macguffin of my heart now proceeds apace. 1,320 words today, plus a bunch of internet research and a conversation with someone who will be able to provide me with a kind of detail I'm almost certain I could never attain on my own, bless him. This is a goodness. Of course, said source also provided me with a more viable way to insert the Macguffin of my heart into the story, which probably means rewriting about 300 of the words written thus far...but that's okay. In the end, it'll be better.
