Done draft!

Just finished that damned revision I've been paralyzed over for the workshop audition, and uploaded it to the share for group review. I'd put everything aside because of that story, because of the pressure I put on myself about it being an "audition" piece and, frankly, because the subject matter is, shall we say, pretty damned close to my heart. Now I can move on to other story ideas I've had, thank God, because there's some interesting stuff I've been wanting to work on (pinky swears aside, the_monkey_king; I know, I know!). And maybe I won't feel quite so pressured about it all. I want to be able to enjoy this again.

In other news, it's a beautiful day in Seattle. I need to hop in the shower (didn't even get outta my jammies today: got up, came down, had brekkies, worked on revisions), get dressed and head over to G's place pre-seder.
