Finished Dan Brown's The DaVinci Code. It's an addictive read, especially for those interested in the search for the Grail, secret societies and symbology. Though the narrative momentum and the amount of information the author has to impart to build his mystery leaves little space for more than the most cursory character development, I was willing to let the book's faults slide given the nature of the mystery and the way in which it unfolds.

It's an excellent book and quite worth the read.

Has anyone here read Holy Blood, Holy Grail? I'm told it's a natural companion to DaVinci, but have already gotten myself entangled in The Temple and The Lodge. Just wonderin'.
