Today recap

scarlettinaMonday, today, was a Good Day. I got a couple of stories in the mail (which I don't do often enough, I know), I spoke to ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
herself_nyc for the first time in far too long, and I met with my trainer at the gym and had a good work out. It seems I lost four pounds in the month of July; this is good news that I frankly didn't expect. Work, for the most part, was satisfying: I felt smart, efficient and competent and I got good work done. I had a Trader Joe's quiche for lunch which was flaky and cheesy and filled with broccoli-eggy goodness.
And now, the sun is setting, it's cool, I have kitties and I have another story to work on.
It was A Good Day.
