That corner

I don't know if anyone else has found this, but it occurs to me that in every room there's That Corner. That one corner where stuff gets put when you don't know where else to put it. Invariably, it becomes a catch-all and, though it's not an issue for others, for me it becomes a Problem. It's all I can see. It needs to be solved. Where should this stuff go? Sometimes, it becomes a location of avoidance--I don't want to think about it so I don't look at it--and then it gets worse. It becomes an itch I need to scratch.

With the reorganization of the house, I've got new Corners. The one on the main floor is the one that's bothering me right now. It includes books, a little bag of Stuff, and a couple of plants. I must solve this problem. I must solve it!
