It's autumn in Seattle, and that means the overcast skies have returned. My mood has correspondingly darkened. Every year, I promise myself I'm going to buy myself a therapy light, and every year I fail. But the descent of my mood that last two weeks or so has been dramatic and kind of alarming, frankly, so I've started to read deeply about seasonal affective disorder, and I'm turning to the brain trust for recommendations for therapy lights. Anybody here use one? Can anyone here recommend a model or brand that they've used with success?
