Here comes the sun

I observed the turning of the wheel today by spending a lot of time in the sun.

I got out at noon-thirty to have lunch with garyomaha and his M, then gave them the walking tour of Fremont. A perfect day for it: not too warm and completely sun-drenched. Such a pleasant, pleasant afternoon. It was lovely to see with them, and entirely too short a visit.

This evening, brumbjorn took me geocaching for the first time, all over the UW campus. Great exercise and lots of fun. I fear I may have found myself a new hobby. Could be great training for Africa, actually. Don't know if it will stick, but I had a wonderful time this evening.

At this point, my face feels a little sting-y; I suspect I got a little bit of a burn. Between this past Saturday and today, I've already got my summer color (reddish-brown). Now if I could only get my legs to match the rest of me. ::grin::

Much house work on the agenda for tomorrow, an maybe karaoke tomorrow night, depending upon how things work out. We Shall See.
