Interview: Whew!
Tue, Mar. 22nd, 2005 04:31 pmJust came back from my 4.5 hours of interviewing at [insert large internet retailer here]. I think it went fairly well, but I really have no read on how things went objectively. I sent out thank you notes to everyone I spoke to for whom I had contact information, and requested contact info for those I didn't.
These 360-degree interview loops always leave me exhausted. I understand the reasons for them, but you're On for several hours straight without any let-up and you have to continue to make a great impression over and over and over again. Oy. That's a challenge for anyone. I just want to nap now.
So, it's done. Now it's in their hands. I'm told the "debriefing" about my meetings will be tomorrow so I should hear from their rep fairly quickly. In the meanwhile, I'll keep my fingers crossed.
I have another interview with another company tomorrow so I'll be putting away my Interview Clothes forthwith!
In other news: it's windy today. Wish I had enough energy to go fly my kite...but I want nothing more than to snooooze.
