Irene, it's somewhat like that, but I have yet to find exactly the same toy anywhere. It's more like these (http://www.catsnus.com/real-rabbit-fur-mouse-with-rattle/), but when I received it, it had a 6 or 7 inch-long tail that was about an inch wide and it wasn't a catnip toy at all.
