I can't wait to hear your thoughts on "for your information." I've found that it's never someone wanting to inform me for my own benefit, but rather to make themselves feel more important. Same goes for "Just so you know!"

Oh honey, I grew up in New York, and what I've learned is that in Seattle it's a blood sport. Trust me on this.

And someone who opens with, "I'm just curious..." almost certainly isn't. And when they say, "I find it interesting, that such-and-such," has probably decided that they've figured it all out.
