My Potter status (no spoilers)

I'm at page 350. I guess I'm a slow reader; I've been reading since about, I guess, 4PM? Something like that. It's going to be a long night, particularly since I made the mistake of opening an e-mail that I think may have spoiled something, which is enormously frustrating. This means I can't look at e-mail and I won't be reading LJ until I'm finished.

It's just me and the cats....

I actually had to ignore phone calls at one point this morning, because there was a half decent chance that it would be one of the handful of people I know who just don't *get* the need to stay spoiler free.

Looking forward to hearing your reaction once you're done! :D

Not that you'll read this, but I can confirm if you've been spoiled or not. Though that might not help.

I so feel your pain i get behind on so much stuff i have to keep off the puter and tv till i get up to speed!!! I'm amazed at how often i can keep msyelf in the dark though at times.. but its the times when someone out of the blue comes up and spoils it for you that really STINKS!!!!

A couple of people I know bought the book day one, midnight, as I'm sure did many others. However two of them plan to wait to read it until next weekend, for various lame reasons. The chances of them making it through their reading without having it spoiled is nil.

Heck just reading a random couple of threads on FARK netted me a total synopsis of the story -- with page numbers where things happened no less.

Hope that you can finish the last 58,484 pages without it being spoiled.

It's not a spoiler. Well, not for Harry anyway.
