My To-Write List

I have a number of things I want to write about here. I've been busy with the new job and with, well, other stuff as detailed in my previous post that has kept me from journaling on anything like a regular basis. I want that to change. I know that people are migrating away from LJ; myself, I'm not ready to do that, mainly because I don't know what my solution might be. (Yes, I have a Dreamwidth account. I have to figure out what I'm going to do about the nearly 10 years of journaling I have here on LJ.)

In the meanwhile, this is my LJ writing to-do list. I really need to get to it.
--Weight and invisibility
--My first Seattle International Film Festival event of the year
--My experience with EMDR treatment for PTSD
--My general weight loss situation at the moment
--My upcoming publication and the essay related to the story in question

I post on my WordPress, which xposts to Dreamwidth, which then xposts to LJ, which then xposts to Facebook. The only hangup is that the WP to DW export somehow sets comments to "disabled" on both DW and LJ, but a visit to DW to reset fixes both DW and LJ.

The beauty of that posting method is that then original material and pictures are on my own website, at my own webaddress, so technically, none of 'em--DW, LJ, FB are the original site for any of my material. A slight technicality, but given the various discussions regarding rights and the like...
