As [livejournal.com profile] twilight2000 pointed out, my approach to autumn is very much an East Coast one. The truth is that the last two days were cold and rainy, but today was warm enough that I had the windows open and all the blinds drawn up to enjoy the sunshine and warmth of the day. I've put my flannel sheets on the bed, but am still using my summer quilt, a compromise based on how cool it's getting, but the down comforter won't come out for a while yet.

It all counts; just depends upon where you are and how autumn does (or doesn't) descend in your region.
